Important information
How to send work for printing.
Most customers send their files attached to email. For colour printing you should prepare your files with not less than
300dpi as a PDF, JPEG or TIFF in CMYK colour range preferably with a 2mm bleed. It is essential that all fonts (including
standard windows fonts) are embedded into PDF files. Microsoft Word is not a suitable file format
for printing of anything more than a very basic letter. Very often the formatting and layout gets changed when sending files
over the internet. If you have to use Word please make sure the page size is set to A4 or A5 (not letter which is a US standard
paper size), then do a "save-as" PDF. Then open this file in a standard pdf reader and check that the layout of
the document on the screen is exactly what you want printed. When you are satisfied that the layout of this pdf document is
correct please send this pdf file as an attachment to your email giving me your full instructions. For
large files that are too big to reliably send as email attachments I recommend https://wetransfer.com
